Sun drenched full of windows floor-to-ceiling tastefully decorated huge 1 bedroom apartment in a full service luxury building.The Master bedroom is like a Jr. suite with full bath room with a combined shower and a bath tub and a huge walking in closet and a door that separates from the rest of the apt

Very large bedroom with queen size bed,access to balcony, view to pool and intercoastal.New remodeled open kitchen, den with couch opening to a full bed. the apt has 2 baths, good closet space. Stunning wooded floor, get up and be in the pool in a few seconds and have fun and a great tan. GREAT FOR COUPLES , SLEEPS 3 IF NEEDED, but it is not a 2BR.. View to Intercoastal, pool and tennis court.

We do have a nice gym with sauna as well in the building,outdoor swimming pool, jaccuzi and tennis court facing the river .You will be living in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale facing the intracostal canal and A1A beach road. Plenty of commercial malls with the best known boutiques for shopping and great restaurants in the area. Miles of beautiful beaches.Plenty of interesting places to visit in a range of one hour driving. ' You will find the most complete fine cuisine from all over the world in a range of 1 mile to 25 miles of distance. Miles of beautiful beaches.Plenty of interesting places to visit in a range of one hour driving.The closest places are: Diplomat mall, Aventura mall, the Gulfstream Village casino with horseracing, Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach with hundreds of shops and of course the outlets in Sawgrass Mall
