This spacious 3400 square foot chalet is the perfect vacation rental year round. Four levels of living space with a large yard for recreation. It features 3 bedrooms and the 4th sleeping area is in the recreation room. Large 55 HD TV in the living room. There is also a futon in the living room. Three full baths, full kitchen, laundry room, 2 fireplaces, and a walk out patio leading to the playground area and then to the water. Breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house. Wrap around deck viewing a panoramic view of this 23-mile long all sports lake-Lake Leelanau. Wheelchair ramps available to onto the deck also. Patio furniture, grill, and picnic table provided. Large recreation room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This room is a kid’s paradise with TV, darts, puzzles, board games, Barbie’s, Little Tikes kitchenette and dollhouse. 2 queen beds are also in this room. This room is the bottom level with French doors walking out to a patio.

This property comes with access to the lake and shared use of the covered pavilion on the lakefront. Spacious shoreline lined with lounge chairs. Beautiful swimming area with water trampoline. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the house to the water. At the water you have a dock. Motor can be added to the fishing boat. Clean shallow swimming off the end of the dock. And just steps out to your Shared water Trampoline, which is complimentary. Pontoon boat rental and Jet ski and Ski boat rental is also available at unbeatable prices. Boat up to Leland and the town of Lake Leelanau for dinner and shopping. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau Sands Casino is just 15 miles north. Leelanau Club golf and within 5 minutes and Kings Challenge is 15 minutes.

Poor experience with deposit being returned.

My family and I rented this chalet last summer
and the time there was good. However, my check from Tom for the return deposit on water equipment bounced and he has failed to make it good. I don't think I would do business with someone so disreputable again. I fail to understand this kind of dishonesty. My dealings with Connie were absolutely fine.
Owner's Response: This issue has been resolved and is not typical of Leelanau Vacations & Guide.
This Resort has been in my family since 1904, and I take it very personal to speak with all guest.
