About The Owner

As a pharmacist, I have enjoyed owning at Surfside for almost the past 10 years. We love sitting on the pavilion and entertaining the kids. As a local resident, I enjoy the area and would not trade living here for anything.

My family just returned from our Spring Break trip in Destin. We had such a wonderful time. The condo was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. We sat outside every chance we had to enjoy the view. My 7 year old son loved the TV in his room. He doesn't have one at home so this was a great treat for him! We will definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I loved this unit. It had awesome views of the beach, the pool was heated and there were 2 good sized hot tubs. We are a family of five (3 young sons age 8, 6 and 6) and this unit was a good size. We were able to save a lot of money by buying groceries and skipping the restaurants. By the way, don't bother with Rick's Crab Trap - he food was only mediocre and way overpriced. If the weather had been warmer we would have had a blast using the beach that was so easy to access and very nice.

Nice place overall. The only negative is the smell in the hallways, not nice at all.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: I am sorry you did not like your stay. I strive for a perfect reputation and an immaculate condo. I cannot control the smell in the hallway and what people cook. Please let me know if there was anything I could have done to make your stay better. Surfside unique air conditioned interior hallways provide shelter from the elements and a quiet entrance and is a great feature of the building.

Beautiful View and Location!

My family really enjoyed their stay at this condo. Plenty of space and well kept. Great location and quick access to the beach with no driving at all. This place has a beautiful view of the beach. Shopping outlets and a Starbucksare are right down the street with about a 30 second drive. We will defenitely be back and book our stay at this place again. We loved it and didnt want to leave. Thank you!
