3 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded and private, surrounded by nature.

This charming cottage is nestled comfortably on 7 country acres. The house has 3 bedrooms ( 2 with queen bed, 1 with 2 twin beds) and 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, a dining room, breakfast nook and kitchen. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. The layout provides comfortable one level living spaces that allow for guests to have privacy. Pocket doors and glass paned doors can be closed to separate the house into 2 separate living spaces with a shared dining room and kitchen. A huge deck surrounds 3 sides of the house to provide a great outdoor living space. The large landscaped lawn is perfect for enjoying nature or letting the kids play.

This house is a perfect place to get away and relax yet is close to many hudson valley activities The nearby Shawangunk Ridge offers oppunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and cross country skiing. Down hill skiing in the Catskills is a short drive away.
