Sunset palms is a professionally decorated, newly furnished, four-bedroom, three-bathroom town home with a private, screened-in swimming pool. A tropical paradise in the heart of central Florida! Whether you spend the day at the theme parks, shopping, or enjoying a glass of wine or cold beer in your own private southwest-facing swimming pool, there’s never been a more comfortable vacation than in a place you can call home. The home is beautifully and professionally furnished with all the little extra touches to make it your home away from home.

Take a quiet evening dip, enjoy a movie or listen to your favorite music. The perfect peaceful hideaway you’ve been searching for! You will receive amazing value, comfort and service. You may never want to stay in a hotel room ever again!

Sunset palms is fully air-conditioned and offers a full-size, in-ground optionally-heated swimming pool. Please see our amenities page for a full listing of all the amenities that both our home and the resort have to offer. The villa has two floors. The first floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer and one master en-suite bedroom. Glass sliding doors separate the dining room from the outdoor patio/swimming pool. The second floor consists of one master en-suite bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a third bathroom.

To maximize on value, we can comfortably accommodate parties up to 8 members (9 members if using the foldaway pack-n-play crib). Our pull-out sofa bed accommodates an additional 1 to 2 persons.

About Vincent Mirante

Many of our guests like to know a little bit about the people from whom they are renting a home, so we thought we would take this opportunity to introduce ourselves to you. We are Vincent and Lisa, and currently live in the New York City vicinity. We are avid travelers to all sorts of destinations, but have a special place in our hearts for Florida! This is what led us to buy our home there, Sunset Palms at the Encantada Resort. While the ‘rental game’ is hard work, we can honestly say that we have never looked back! We have had guests from literally all parts of the globe, from the Pacific Rim to Asia to all over Europe and North and South America! It’s been a great opportunity to meet all sorts of people, and we especially love helping first time visitors to Florida plan their holiday of a lifetime. We travel to Florida often and really appreciate being able to enjoy spending time there. Our goal is to make sure you enjoy it as much as we do!

Because we own the home we are marketing and renting to our guests, we have a vested interest in providing a friendly personal service to you. We are obviously familiar with the Townhouse and Resort themselves and can often help with other concerns that you may have as visitors. We employ a professional, licensed Management Company who operates from the Resort Clubhouse to look after our property and arrange for cleaning, maintenance etc. They are on-call 24×7 to deal with any issues you may have with the home while you are there. The concierge at the Clubhouse is very useful if you need directions or want to know the best places to eat or shop! They will also provide you with an access card to the Resort on arrival (or the next day if you arrive late). So you can see there are plenty of people to help make sure your trip goes smoothly. What we offer is a truly personal service. You are our guests and we want you to feel at home!

The secure, gated Resort boasts a Clubhouse with billiards, fitness center, games room, video arcade, free wi-fi and use of computers, multiple swimming pools, etc, all located within a tropical paradise setting. We're located literally just minutes from the Disney parks, as well as Universal Studios, and so much more! There is plenty of free parking right outside the private entrance to the townhouse.

We just came back from our vacation. Thank you for contributing in
making our vacation unforgettable! coming back to the place after long
days at the park was a joy! the place is very comfortable, very clean,
very well maintained and beutifully decorated. It just worked for our
family.
It is soooo convenient. Close to everything we need and parks. We will
be back!! Thank you again.

Very clean house with great comfort it felt like home, a big plus was the fact that they provided beach towels and much more ! Great value for a great house! very impressed and satisfied with our stay! Overall an excellent choice ! Location was great!

House was clean and all necessities were provided like toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap etc. brand new furniture and the location is close to all major attractions like Disney, sea world, universal studios. The resort includes a clubhouse with two Olympic size pools, hot tubs, game rooms, concierge services. All staff are friendly and helpful.
