This beautiful million dollar plus home is located at 220 15 Circle in a very exclusive area of Key Colony Beach. It is available Sat to Sat. This fantastic community is one of the most unique places in the world. The gem clear waters are the home of an almost endless variety of fish and marine life. You have 2 bicycles available to explore his neat area in paradise. The home has a completely fenced back yard .

It’s a short walk to Sunset Park with its beautiful park and pier. This park is a great place to view the morning sun rise. It’s a 10-minute walk to the fishing charter fleets, local restaurants, boat rentals etc. There is a beautiful park and par 3 golf course a few blocks away. Key Colony Beach is the safest and best managed city in the keys.

This beautiful home has a large living room with a recliner and pit group and a large flat screen TV with lots of cable channels. There is a lovely screened in sun porch overlooking your private pool. It has 2 comfortable bedrooms, one has a World Class King Simmons Beautyrest and a fantastic his and her bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with a TV with a 2nd bathroom nearby, There is a fantastic kitchen with a service bar and a 7 piece dining room

You can swim in your own private pool or just lounge around the patio and sun porch. .
