Two bedrooms upstairs with upgraded Queen beds, one bedroom downstairs set up bunkhouse style with two bunk beds, one twin over full, and one twin over twin.. The house will sleep a maximum of 11 including the Queen air mattress.

A building contractor for most of my adult life, I now find myself semi-retired and able to enjoy some travel and freedom. My vacation rental business fits perfectly into my lifestyle, because it puts me in contact with others who like to explore new places and have the resources of time and money to follow through.. I also know from my travels what it is like to get to a destination and to have your pre-arranged accommodations wind up being a catastrophe... so my vacation rentals, while all being very different in personality and location, all provide a great value and are exactly as advertised...

Why Michael Green chose Beltzville Lake
My father built the original house in 1947, and I bought it from my mother about 10 years ago as my primary residence when I move to Pennsylvania from Annapolis, Maryland after a long stint in the construction business there. I love this house with all my heart, and I have made major changes throughout the years, both outside and in. In the pictures you can see the huge addition that I built which contains my wood shop and below that a garage. However I was bitten by the travel bug a few years ago and so it seemed a better idea to rent the house to others who may also enjoy the incredible vibe the place has to offer.. so I get the best of both worlds.. when the house is not occupied I still get use of it, and I also get to share my love for the place with others. Now it all makes sense.
What makes this house unique
Where to begin? Where can you find a house with so much charm, surrounded by 9 acres of privately owned nature, with not just one but two spring fed mountain streams within a stones throw of the house, and yet still just 5 minutes outside of the quaint town of Palmerton where you can get every service you need for your time away. Add to this a fire pit which is only 25 feet from the stream, a nature trail, a huge wrap around porch with a Vermont Castings Grill.. this house would be impossible to duplicate in todays market.
