Gorgeous 1-Floor Open Concept 2300s.f. with Backyard Oasis!

Hello Visitors! Our spotless Arizona home is a beautifully decorated, one-floor, open concept 2300 s.f. oasis that boasts beautiful travertine floors and sun-filled windows throughout. Bright, white Plantation Shutters and blinds accent every window. The house is completely decorated with new furniture and beds in a modern Southwest decor, so it’s really a treat to immerse yourself in the surroundings.

The kitchen and eating area is the central hub of the house. It’s fully stocked with everything you'll need - dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, small appliances, spices and condiments. Fire up the outdoor natural gas grill and cook up some great meals if you choose to.

The family room, open and adjacent to the kitchen is oh-so-comfy. It’s home-sweet-home on the range! This room is fully equipped with a 52-inch HD flat screen t.v. with loaded satellite cable packages (sports, sports, sports), DVR recording system, DVD player, surround sound system and a portable IPod/IPhone docking station that you can take outside during the day.

The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer for your use with a convenient folding station.

The south wing contains a huge master suite with an equally large en-suite with shower, tub, 6-ft double-bowl vanity area, separate toilet area and a huge walk-in closet.

The north wing contains two guest rooms (1 King and 1 Queen) both with spacious walk-in closets. The full bath has a five-foot double bowl vanity area that is separate from the shower, tub and toilet area.

The den has a stunning mesquite slab desk with high-speed wireless internet, a printer and a phone equipped with local service. This room also contains a comfy, full-size queen sofa bed.

The dining room has a rustic, authentic, hand-carved Mexican dining table that seats eight and you will love the Native American decor hand-crafted by local Arizona artists.

The backyard is truly a landscaped oasis with a heated pebble-tech pool and water feature. The covered sitting and dining area has a mister for those hot days. Or sit yourself at the Mexican themed Tiki Hut and mix up some margaritas! Decorative concrete surrounds the pool where you can lounge for hours looking at the clear blue Arizona skies or the green space and desert that surrounds the back yard of the house. At night, turn on the outside lights, pool light and tiki hut lights and you have a beautiful outdoor dining and entertaining area for the evening. No biting bugs or humidity – it’s heavenly!

Our beautiful Oasis is located near the base of the Superstition Mountains. It’s an easy 25-minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; a straight shot using either the US-60 or the AZ-202 freeways.

There’s lots of shopping, golf, restaurants, hiking, movies and sightseeing within 5 -15 minutes of the house.

Dolly Steamboat is a must. Just 22 scenic minutes from the house, Dolly Steamboat is rated one of the “25 things to see and do in Arizona” by Official Visitors Guide.

Nearby Scottsdale and Phoenix areas boast spring training baseball games, college and professional sporting events including the Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), Arizona Diamondbacks (MLB), Phoenix Suns (NBA), Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and Arizona State University (NCAA). Arizona Oasis is just that, an Oasis!

We rented this house for an entire month and couldn't be happier with the home we picked. The pictures don't do this property justice. The house was large, comfortable and had a fantastic layout. My family loved the pool (which was heated) and the tiki bar where we enjoyed many meals on the grill. If you fly Allegiant I don't think you could find a closer house to the airport, I timed myself at 12 minutes one trip! I highly recommend this property, we will rent it again.

Relaxing Christmas Stay

The house is very nicely furnished and was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed the king beds in two of the rooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors we met were very friendly. The house is located approximately 10 minutes from the Phoenix/Mesa Gateway Airport and you can easily get to all interstates and we felt the location was very convenient for us. We did enjoy our stay however we did have a couple of issues. When we were looking at vacation houses, the backyard really sold us on this property. Unfortunately we had some trouble with the pool heater and due to the holidays we were unable to reach the owners right away about the situation. Once we were able to reach Dan and Julia they did what they could to make it right and had someone come to the house the next day (which was the last morning of our stay). However it was chilly during our stay and we simply were not able to use the pool while we were there which was a disappointment. The day we left, the pool did get up to 76 degrees so I hope the people staying after us were able to enjoy the beautiful pool and backyard! The tiki bar was fun and we used the BBQ quite a bit during our stay. Also, because there were people coming the day after we left, we were asked to leave early (10:00 am) to accommodate the cleaning lady. This was a little inconvenient as our flight did not leave until early evening. We were later told the cleaning lady would come as late as possible which was 10:30 am. Due to limited flight options, we did not arrive until after midnight the first day and we had to leave early in the morning on the last day so we felt like we missed two days. This was not a huge problem but it was an inconvenience. Overall we did enjoy our stay.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the review and as you know we felt terribly about the pool heater. The maintenance man explained the cold desert nights were dropping the pool temperature quite low and the automated timer wasn't set to run long enough each day to get it back to 83 degrees. That was corrected but unfortunately not it time for your enjoyment. We know the $125 credit we extended was appreciated but that your stay wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. A Delightful Vacation Retreat

I have rented many homes in the Phoenix area and this one is at the top of my list. It is located in a very nice subdivision but when you look out the back yard all you see is pool, palm trees and green space...no houses. It is like a private oasis yet convenient to everything. There are grocery stores, shopping and restaurants very close by. It is in the perfect location and close to 60 and the 202. The pool is gorgeous and the outdoor tiki bar is great for barbecuing and entertaining. Inside, the home is pristine with cozy furniture in the great room and living room...plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fabulous and is well stocked. I cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for 16 and had everything I needed to prepare the meal with plenty of room for everyone to sit. The windows are large and provide lots of light inside. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds which is very hard to find and they are super comfy. The owners, Dan and Julia, are very nice to work with and you can tell that they really care and want you to have a good time while staying at their home. I truly felt right at home in this beautiful home. Another huge plus is that they have a huge tv in the great room with cable and dvr so you can record your favorite programs. The one and only downside is that there is only one tv in the home which probably isn't a problem for most people. I personally like a tv in the master but I love the house so much, this minor detail won't stop me from renting this house again and again. This home is a true value and you will love it.

RARE FIND - SO ACCESSIBLE

Beautifully furnished home, grounds and pool well maintained, bar and BBQ well organized. Lots of space for both couples to enjoy quiet moments alone. Centrally located for visits to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, major league sports events, shopping malls and must see flea market close by. Easy to follow opening and closing instructions. Immediately felt like home from the time we arrived making it very difficult to leave and go back home. Definitely plan to return, again and again.
