House, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-8)

Family oriented lakehouse with sun rising over dock and setting over back deck. Relax with a drink and watch hummingbirds sip necter daylight to dark when migrating.

Master bedroom, queen bed and bath joined while second bedroom, double bed, uses the hall bath. One queen sofabed, one queen futon. Dining table seats 6. House is 1100sq.ft. open floorplan.

Plenty of room to park cars, boat trailers, pull trailers if more room is needed for guests. Kids can pitch their tents in two large fenced areas. No pets please, due to any allergies guests may have.

Check in is 3pm. Checkout is 11am.

Very clean and beautifully decorated home. Comprehensive cable tv viewing. Great little dock on
the lake down the hill. Had a great time there. The owner is very helpful and makes sure everything
is ok. All transactions very easy too. Couldn't be better.

Great place to stay. We were here for 3 days leading up to the Masters. Played golf at Hickory Knob state park and the Links at stoney Point. Enjoyed the lake and the doc, warm enough to swim. Mexican restaurant in Lincolnton is great. Nicely decorated cottage, comfortable and everything we needed.

Don't forget this is a dry county so if you want something other than beer/wine bring it with you.

I arrived April 2 and departed on April 5 and attended the Masters in Augusta. Everything was as advertised. Extremely clean with nice flat-panel HDTV. I would definately stay again.

Great Family Gathering Spot

Several family members gathered here for the 4th weekend. The house provided everything we needed. IIt was comfortable and well maintained. We used the yards and the dock alot. We had three boats with us and plenty of room for all. Would definitely recommend it and plan to stay again!
