Modern fireplace warms the room for charm with firewood just outside the front door. Upper level has washer and dryer. The giant den has a 60” flat screen tv with huge sound system and a DVR Blu-Ray player. There is a new flat screen in the living room for more intimate viewing. Beautiful artwork abounds throughout the home with views of the forest right outside the windows. Just across the community road is the Kingswood clubhouse with huge indoor pool, gym and game room for kids with video games, foosball and pingpong. Free public Wi-Fi is accessible at the clubhouse, and from one room in the townhouse. Free shuttle will pick you up right in front of the unit and take you to Mt. Snow or Carinthia.
