This 3BR, 2BA home features an open living space, updated bathrooms, and stylish furnishings throughout. Fully remodeled, the granite countertops, stainless appliances, solid wood cabinets, and hardwood floors bring this 1980s ranch style home into the 21st century.

Enjoy this fully equipped kitchen and newer appliances - all the amenities of home. Indeed, this is a wonderful place to gather inside and out. Take in the elegant flagstone walkway and patio, beautiful foliage, and the sea of grass in the backyard.

Conveniently located near Paseo del Norte, one of the major thoroughfares in the NE part of town, there is easy access to I-25. It is also the quickest way to access Albuquerque's west side. This home is a jewel in a safe, well established neighborhood.

About Tina Gibson

I am a history teacher. I teach 6th and 7th graders at a local private school. I have three grown sons... my youngest, who is 25, just left to start a PhD program in Colorado.

I have played a major role in the renovation of this home... from tearing down walls of the old galley kitchen to sheet-rocking, painting, and installing the floor. I like to see how an older home can be transformed into 'new' again.

This house is located near the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta Park. A must see during October, the Balloon Fiesta brings people from all over the world.

Additionally, Albuquerque is home to the 'World's Longest Tram'. This house is located 10 minutes away. Ride the tram to the top to take in the views of Albuquerque. Eat dinner at Sandiago's located at the base of the tram, or enjoy your dinner at High Finance at the top.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this rental home. As executives, we travel extensively for business and spend a lot of time in hotels. When contemplating our stay in the area, we decided to try something different…….and we couldn’t be more pleased! Tina’s home provided a beautiful living space for our short term needs. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated; also clean, and very nicely furnished. What you see in the online photos is representative of exactly what you get. It was a pleasant departure from staying in hotel, and we felt right at home. We would have loved to stay longer if it hadn’t already been rented out to another party for an extended stay.

The location is convenient to shopping (Alberton’s, Trader Joe’s, Smith’s, and Walmart) and restaurants (Vintage is a cool spot).

We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this lovely home.

We were pleased to stay in Tina's house in Albuquerque from the week before Christmas 2012 thru New Year's. It's in a great location, well appointed, and comfortable. Would highly recommend this home. Property was very clean, linens nice, and kitchen well equipped. We rented in order to be close to our daughter and family. We were close to shopping and an easy access to I-25 for a trip to Santa Fe.
