Very Luxurious Frisco Home +Hot Tub, 3 blocks to Main St. Frisco!

We know couples and families with children will enjoy our Luxury Townhome! Our 3 bedroom/3bathroom town home was custom remodeled by us: we are a husband- wife team Architect and Contractor that have a flair for detail and nice finishes. Everything is brand new and kept very clean.

As you enter, the extra large garage has a mudroom entry for skis, snowboards and boots. The boot racks have heated dryers so the boots are warm when you sit down to put them on in the morning.

The main level has a gorgeous large kitchen with every amenity. Custom tile backsplash, granite countertops, deep kitchen sink and stainless steel appliances make this a dream kitchen. An extended countertop serves as a seating area for kitchen conversation or casual eating.

The Living Room has a large comfortable sectional sofa the entire family can sit at while watching a movie on our 42” flat screen LED TV. The back deck floats down to a stone patio for outdoor seating and BBQing. We keep this area cleared all winter long for the ones who want to tiptoe out to the hot tub for a soak to relieve the sore muscles from a hard day skiing.

We offer two master bedroom suites with king sleigh beds, and a Loft bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds- (2 twins and 1 twin over a full). We sleep 8-9 comfortably, everyone has a bed. All the beds have sheet sets with 500 thread count and all bathroom towels are high end premium cotton.

• The Poppy Flower suite (named after the picture above the bed) has a brand pillow-top mattress. The bathroom has French limestone throughout with Grohe fixtures and glass tile accents. This is the best shower you will ever take!

• The Polar Bear suite (picture above the bed) has a brand new pillow-topmattress. The bathroom is contemporary with large tiles and penny rail accent tiles. The fixtures are also Grohe.

• The extra large bedroom loft offers an additional living room area for the kids to get away and play PS2 games or watch movies while sitting in gaming chairs and humongous bean bag pillows. The twin bunks have pillow top mattresses and the twin over full bunks have memory foam mattresses. The loft has the ability to comfortably sleep 5.
