Received a call one week prior to arrival stating the room we reserved 4 months earlier was all of a sudden not available. When I told the caller,Misty, I have a confirmation saying it was she told me it would be available on our arrival.
Needles to say on arrival the room was "owner occupied" and not available. The desk clerk checked her records and told us "Misty never did anything with this".
We went from a room with three beds to a room with two beds and one of my children was forced to sleep on very uncomfortable pull out.sleeper sofa.
We were very unhappy with this situation. This was not what we reserved or paid for and were lied to.

As you can see the room we booked is not the room we given on arrival as we were told it is 'owner occupied' at this time and not available. We are still very pleased with this situation. Even afer a phone call with Misty a week bfore arrival and we were told it was all taken care of and the room would be available for us - it was not and the girl who checked us in told Misty never fixed the error - not very proffessional. We needed the extra bed for our children who at the ages of 16/18 and we did not want sleeping togther. So we were given a 'bed topper' because 'the courch is not very comfortable' and someone had to sleep on a very uncomfortable pull out couch. Not good!!! I do not know how the booking reservation got screwed on your end but I did not get what I paid for.

There was no way to shut the heat off in our rooms. The unit was off and yet the heat poured out. We went to the front desk ask how can we shut the heat off in our room when the unit was on off? We were told to keep our doors open. Our friend's rooms were the same way. Paying that much money, one should be able to control their own room temperature.

There was not enough clickers for the TVs. We went downstairs and requested two, we were assured they would be in our room and they were not.

We were unable to have internet service with any consistency. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Most of the times it didn't. It was really terrible to not be able to use the internet. Do not offer internet service and not have it working.

A suggestion is to open the shop earlier. Beings so far from the mountains, it was hard having to wait until 8am to be able to utilize your shop. Slopes open at what 8:45AM? We were not alone in waiting in the mornings with other guest for the shop to open.

Nobody could believe you did not offer coffee. Free or to purchase.

The staff were all very nice.
