Rating Details:
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was happy with the location.
The vacation rental was very clean.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Thought It Would Be a Great Place - but don't think we'll be back

When we arrived at our room the second bedroom was equiped with twin size bunkbeds. I wouldn't have rented this unit it I had known that. We traded rooms with our friends, since they were older and took the bunkbeds. However, whatever kind of mattress in the master room was so uncomfortable that our friends left and got a room in Park City. We were planning on spending two nights at StillWater but checked out after just one and went home. It wasn't the best get-a-way I've had. Refunds for the second night? Not enough notice. Room had just been painted and smelled as if. Cable wasn't working in room. However, the maintenance man fixed it promptly and was very kind. He even went out and shoveled the snow of the dish (the bad side of Direct TV.)

Manager responded on 12/5/2012:
I apologize for the room setup with the second bedroom having the bunkbeds. We would have promptly changed the room selection if you would have let us know the situation. We do our best to accomodate each guest and make each room suitable for their stay. And only one night of your stay was charged at a deeply discounted rate. We would love another opportunity to prove to you that Stillwater is a Great Getaway.
