I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was very happy with the location.
The vacation rental was clean.
The property manager was more than helpful.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Property needs better maintenance and too expensive for quality
The condo had exposed carpet nails that cut my son's feet, and the TV was not plugged in. The front desk staff said maintenance had gone home, and did not offer any other help. We had to lift the TV out of the cubby hole, and plug in. Condo was smaller than I expected, and not really very nice for the price. When we checked out, I asked for a receipt, and I was told one would be mailed to me and they would not give me a statement at check out! I thought that was the weirdest thing of all. After telling the front desk of our experience, however, management did a great job of reducing our rate, offering a free night for a later stay, and apologizing about the experience. That was good. Location is great.
