A freestanding Hamilton Island Holiday Home situated high above the Marina within a short stroll to Front Street and a 2 minute buggy ride to Catseye Beach. Enter into the property on the upper level into an open planned living area with flat screen TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The open kitchen is sizeable with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. Also on this level is a bedroom with air conditioning, fans, large built in wardrobe and a view across the water to Dent Island. A shower room with walk in shower is situated on this floor also. A run of timber stairs takes you to the lower level with 2 more bedrooms both with timber floors, covered balconys, air conditioning, fans and wardrobes. A shower room services this level along with a european laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. PLEASE NOTE NO BATHTUB.
