Are you looking for a base to put yourselves whilst on holiday that encompasses a relaxed Hamilton Island lifestyle at an affordable cost? If so, Compass Point 7 is just that. It is positioned within walking distance of the Marina and a short buggy ride to catseye Beach where the children can play on the sandy beach. If you decide to stay at home the very large undercovered deck area leads off to a small grassed area. Inside your holiday home you will find all you need to make your stay a comfortable one. A small but functional open planned kitchen with microwave and dishwasher makes it easy enough to cater for yourselves. Off of the main living area are the two bedrooms, both with mirrored robes. The front bedroom has balcony doors that pull back allowing the cooling breeze to flow in. These bedrooms share a main bathroom with bath and shower over the bath. (PLEASE NOTE : THIS PROPERTY MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR LESS MOBILE AS THERE ARE A NUMBER OF STEPS DOWN INTO IT).
