Cow Hollow Apartment Rental Photos and Description
Apartment, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
Experience San Francisco like a true native. This street level unit with its own private entrance has been in the same family home for three generations. We not only offer a perfect location but since we live on the second floor, we are happy to help our guests plan their trip and enjoy the city to its maximum.
This fully remodeled unit is litterally steps away from legendary Union Street with its boutiques, resaurants, cafes, bakeries and wine bars. It is a quick stroll to Chestnut Street, Polk Street and the Marina Greens... and very close to Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach, the Golden Gate Bridge, the Presidio, the Palace of Fine Arts, and the ferry to Alcatraz.
Our unit is perfect for a stay during America's Cup and Louis Vuitton's Cup. Our very quiet unit is about 10 min walking distance to the water and you can easily get to all the America's and Louis Vuitton's Cups attractions without a car or public transportation. You will enjoy the amazing and frenetic ambiance of the city and its races during the day but come back home to a well hidden and quiet getaway when the sun comes down...
Our location is perfect for those travelling to San Francisco without a car... major bus lines are less than a block away from our unit. We are also walking distance from major grocery and natuaral food stores. A convenient store is located right at the corner. And you can be a tourist by day and a native by night, barbecuing in our yard!
For those with a car, you are a short ride from Ocean Beach, Mont Tamalpais, Muirs Woods and Stinson Beach... You can even plan a day trip to Napa Valley and Sonoma.
PARKING AVAILABLE ONSITE!!!
Parking is available in the street, in front of our garage door ($20/night). Your car would be blocking ours in the garage but since the sidewalk is very large, we can maneuver around the car parked in the street to get out of the garage. And if for some reason you wanted to park inside our garage because you were not planning to use your car a lot, we could definitely organize accordingly. It requires very little communication and it is definitely worth the pain of public garages...
Other options for parking:
-Public parking garage 3 blocks away: $25/night, closed from 12am to 8am. No “in and out” privileges.
-Street parking in the neighborhood: can be very challenging but possible (2 hrs max in the same spot from 8am to 6pm, can have to park several blocks away)
Sleeps 4 people but ideal for 2: one upscale king size bed and one queen size convertible bed
-extra charge for over 2 guests, adults or children over 2 years old
-for your comfort, convertible bed intended for 1 adult or 2 young children under 50lbs
-if needed, extra floor mattress available
KID-FRIENDLY: the kids have their own convertible bed next to their parents.
BABY FRIENDLY: there is plenty of space to put a playpen next to the bed for a baby. Upon request and free of charge, we can provide a playpen (pack and go style, changing station included) along with a 'Bumbo Seat' with a tray for baby to eat in.
