An amazing beachfront view allows you to enjoy the
water from this newly renovated 3-story home. Infinity Point has a view to brag
about with a wall of windows facing the water and wrap-around ocean-front deck
as well as the honor of being chosen as the vacation home for Episode 1 of the
PBS show Getting Away Together which premiered last Fall on most PBS member
stations.
This efficiently planned home sleeps eleven and features
a brand new kitchen, renovated bathrooms and a completely remodeled downstairs.
Its layout is perfect for a few families traveling together or a large family
looking for an abundant amount of space. It's located at the southern-most
point of Vilano Beach, and the East wall comes together to form a ‘V’ - with
those floor-to-ceiling ocean-front windows on either side.
A sectional couch and large stone fireplace make it
a cozy rental in winter months, and the downstairs tiled, ground floor living
room keeps it cool in the summer. The recently renovated kitchen and downstairs
kitchenette make catering for 11 guests not only easy but convenient as well.
The spacious master bedroom boasts its own
intracoastal-view balcony, a king-sized bed, and a master bath with a whirlpool
garden jetted tub and newly tiled shower. The ground floor contains a queen bed
with an adjacent single and a fold-out couch, and the third-floor bedroom
sleeps four with single beds perfect for kids (two singles and one bunk-bed).
In addition, each floor has its own television equipped with Directv®. The
master bedroom and living room also contain blue-ray players with the third
floor having its own standard dvd player (for the kids).
You may come and go from the beach as you please
as the outdoor shower keeps the house free of sand. Last but not least, this
house is tucked privately at the southern-most point of Vilano Beach - an area
kept quiet with its own private drive. It truly is Vilano Beach's best kept
secret.
