Open Concept, 2 Bedroom Home With Parking For 3 Cars

Lovely, clean 2-bedroom home sleeps 4. 'Upside-down' floor plan - The upper level is a large, open kitchen/dining/living area; the lower level has a foyer/entrance area, 2 bedrooms, a full bath with tub and a washer/dryer. There is access to the yard from one of the bedrooms as well as the main entrance. There is also a fence that can be used to contain a dog. The yard is protected from the road by a large hedge of shrubs. The driveway fits 3 cars. Beaches are very close by, Rye Harbor is a short walk, as well as Ray's Restaurant. Portsmouth is 5 miles away and has many attractions like theater, museums, harbor tours and a wide variety of restaurants.
