What a beautiful condo! The furniture was beautiful, property was clean...15-20 minutes from Disney...The master bedroom has THE most comfortable bed i have ever slept in.....wish i could go back!

We have always stayed in Disney resorts with our children because of convenience. However, we found this condo to be even more convenient. It was closer than we could of imagined and it sure beat waiting for Disney buses. Everything in the condo was new: furniture, fixtures, stroller, high chair, 2 pack n plays, towels, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed having 3 full bathrooms. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quieter than some of the Disney hotels we've stayed in in the past. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Vrbo has revolutionized our annual Disney trip. After 12 years staying in hotels, we have rented vrbo properties for the past 3. This property was excellent. The 3 main criteria I look for were all met.

1. Frank is a straightforward owner. The property is as advertised. He was easy to deal with. He refunded my deposit promptly and without hassle.

2. The location is fabulous. We were a solid 20 minutes closer to the parks than we were at the previous kissimmee vrbo property I rented. Travel time to parks was 5-10 minutes. You can't beat this. I used google maps iPhone 2 app and navigation was simple and straightforward.

3. The mattresses were good quality and comfortable. Many vacation homes use cheap uncomfortable mattresses. This was not the case here.

We found everything we needed close by. Dunkin donuts for fast breakfast. Super target was 5 min. Super Walmart about 12 min away. Plenty of restaurants 5 min away.

After the parks it is great to be able to send 3 kids to shower in 3 separate bathrooms while adults prepare a fast supper such as spaghetti, tacos or hotdogs. A gas grill is provided, although we didn't use it. Appears to use those propane canisters for a camp stove. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our kids ate cereal most mornings, saving us a fortune. Water bottles frozen solid will keep a cooler of drinks cold for a day in the parks. Another big savings.

The unit has 4 TV sets which enabled us to separate the kids who couldn't agree on what to watch at bedtime. It has a wii but no games. We didn't use the wii, but if you want to get games, redbox rents them pretty cheap.

We didn't use the pool. We go to Disney to stay in the parks.

The washer and dryer work well. It's much easier to pack in a few carryons when you can wash daily. Wifi worked without problem.

The furniture is brand new. Kitchenware and appliances are brand new.

Checkout procedure is pretty simple. Frank asks u to throw out the food and empty the trash. Wash the towels and strip the beds. Wash the dishes. This took us about 15 minutes.
I will definitely recommend this rental unit to friends vacationing at Disney. I will see if it is available for our next trip.
