This beautiful penthouse features 2700 sq.Ft. Of living area, a large balcony and a very modern open kitchen.

The living room is tastefully decorated with contemporary Italian furniture which gives a “Philippe starck” atmosphere.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and the last one has 2 full beds size.

The master bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi bath.

There are a 63' LCD TV in living room and 2 large flat screen TVs in the master and the second bedroom.

The penthouse is equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

The luxury building has all the best amenities, restaurant, theater, convenience store, 24 hours concierge and security services, valet parking, fitness and health spa, heated outdoor pool, direct access to the beach and jogging path.

Beach chairs and umbrella are also provided.

Our vacation 11/30/2012 to 12/5/2012
Just wanted to let you know we had a really great time & enjoyed our 5 night stay at your Penthouse apartment it is an excellent location with a million dollar view. We especially enjoyed seating on the wrap around balcony sharing a bottle of wine while looking & listening to the sounds of the ocean.
The apartment is exactly as shown in the photographs & video from the web site.
