Beautiful 2 BR/2.5 BA Condominium in SW Florida on the northern tip of Pine Island.

The property is 45 minute driving distance from Fort Myers Airport and short boating distance to Boca Grande, Gasparilla Island, and many other islands in the Gulf of Mexico.

The condominium is part of the Bocilla Island Club in Bokeelia, Florida. Renters have access to the Island Club's private pool as well as tennis and fishing. Highly regarded restaurant and other amenities on the island, yet very private and serene as well.

Quiet Comfortable Condo with Great View

My husband and I spent 3 nights here on a quick trip to Pine Island. The condo was well equipped with comfortable beds and plenty of room for the two of us. I especially enjoyed the master bedroom lanai which had really comfy chairs and a great view. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and fish jump and the birds dive for fish. Walking distance to Lazy Flamingo and Capt. Cons. We rented a boat from Four Winds Marina and checked out Cabbage Key and Cayo Costa. Owner is very easy to work with and made our trip a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer.
