Sitting peacefully on the 3rd Hole of the Legacy Golf Course, the Sree Vacation Home is located in the finest Resort the area has to offer, Reunion. New for 2012, this well appointed, modern home spans 3000 square feet and features 3 family rooms! A unique courtyard style home with the pool and spa located in the center of the dwelling for added privacy.

The first floor of this home features a King bedroom ensuite with LCD cable TV and sitting area. The attached private bathroom has tile throughout, double sinks, a jacuzzi tub and shower. Through the hall you will find the fully appliance kitchen with gas range, filtered water/ice and all the appliances of home. The added wetbar allows extra counterspace and separate sink for cooking etc. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with glass top and leather upholstered seating. The first family room features leather seating and a 50' LCD TV. Cozy indeed, this area leads out to the patio facing a fairway and conservation land. A perfect place to sit back and enjoy the morning.

The second floor starts with a full size desk for those days you may have to finish some office work. Across the hall is the 2nd King bedroom ensuite with LCD cable TV and attached bathroom. Another family room with wetbar, sectional sofa, 50' LCD TV and Playstation 3 sits off the back patio with plenty of seating to relax in. A queen bedroom with LCD cable TV has entry to the patio as well. Finishing the second floor is the two twin bedrooms perfect for the little ones.

The courtyard has a beautiful pool and spa along with loungers, table, chairs and umbrella to keep the sun out if need be. The courtyard receives 6 hours of direct hot sun per day! No need to go inside to use the bathroom as this courtyard has a half bath right on it!

The In-Law Quarters located to the front of the home features a kitchenette, family room with sectional sleeper sofa and chairs. A 46' LCD cable TV hangs on the wall for that added touch. The In-Law Quarters also provides another King bedroom with full bathroom and LCD cable TV. This serves as a great addition for friends and relatives. Just below the this addition is the gaming area with billiards, ping pong and basketball game.

Beautiful house!

We recently stayed at this house while on vacation and had a wonderful time. The pictures accurately portrait the beautifully decorated home. It was very well stocked for our family's use. The surroundings were extremely safe and quiet. We liked that you could go to Disney without needing to use the highway. A very nice plaza including grocery store was within walking distance. We hope to return to this lovely home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
