Overlooking beautiful Indian Wash, the property features a heated pool and jacuzzi with lush landscaping throughout the grounds. Custom Furnishings. Close to shopping, restaurants, this two bedroom condo has a light and open interior, contemporary kitchen, luxurious bath, fireplace and tiled entry. Included is a furnished patio , valulted ceilings and very quiet and peaceful community. Situated in one of the best locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, just 20 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, just north of Camelback and Mummy Mountains in Paradise Valley, Tatum and Shea Blvd are the major cross streets. Fully furnished, and has a fully equipped kitchen including dishes, cookware and utensils. Includes fireplace, tile flooring, central air, full size washer and dryer, ceiling fans, two TV's with cable, linens and covered parking. Very clean and well kept, landscaped, gated community with heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue gas grills (all shared.) We moved to the Phoenix area in 1980 from Cleveland Ohio. We purchased this condo eight years ago and have lovingly taken care of it. This is the first year (2012) we have decided to rent it as a vacation rental

This condo is beautiful. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and it is and very clean. Luxurious, yet comfortable. The heated pool and spa are a bonus and it is close in proximity to many things. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

The complex is beautiful - the heated pool and spa area lush, and the location is perfect for top rated restaurants, shopping, mountain views and hiking trails, golf, tennis, attending the Phoenix Open and Barrett-Jackson car show - everything is just minutes away. If you should need to have a comfortable home to stay in while you are going to the Mayo hospital, this is it.

Came to Arizona to golf and golf I did! I did not have to worry about anything while staying at this beautiful condo. It was spotless, ready to move in, and near everything I wanted! I definitely recommend this home without hesitation. I began each day with a swim. The pool area was beautiful. I sat there and had my coffee and relaxed! I finished each day the same way. The patio was furnished but I truly enjoyed sitting by the pool - it was so nice! The homeowners were accommodating and very easy to work with! The fresh pastries upon arrival was a nice touch!

My son and i stayed in this lovely condo and very were pleased with our entire vacation. We arrived to fresh pastries, coffee available, bathrooms equipped with hand soap and other necessisties. The home is beautiful and the complex just perfect! The pool area was lush, complete with a heated pool and spa (not that we needed the heat in August!) The location was just wonderful - we could access every place we wanted to go in a short time! This condo is gated and surrounded by million dollar homes! Restaurants, golf courses, malls, Kierland Commons, "Old Town Scotssdale" - everything you could imagine within minutes. We plan on staying here every year for our vacation. What a wonderful home!!
