This 4 bedroom 4 bath fun house is ready for the entire family, group of friends and a romantic getaway in upper Palm Springs. The highlight of the great property is the large very private back yard with huge private pool. Swim, play or sunbath with total privacy.

Formerly a celebrity rental, this Alexander style compound looks north at expansive mountain views and features five sliders to the large pool area, a generous master bedroom plus a very private casita, complete with second kitchen, and a large bathroom that has its own access to the backyard and garage. The living room and dining room area features polished concrete.

A unique collection of fun 60s furnishings, that everyone raves about, a working Wurlitzer organ, and shag carpeting all surrounded by eye popping colors. The owner's collection of Marilyn Monroe memorabilia fills the main room. The recently renovated kitchen, stainless steel and totally retro, is all new.

ALSO NEW!! A 32' stereo TV set up for kid's gaming only with both a Sony PlayStation 2 and an X-BOX, just bring your own games or use ours in a private corner of the living room. The parents can enjoy all the sports or movies on the new 60' screen in the living room! One king, two queens, and two double beds will comfortably accommodate 8 or even up to 10 if you double up on the double beds! CD/stereo, 6 TV/VCR and 3 DVD in all.
