INCREDIBLE, PEACEFUL, FLORIDA KEYS GETAWAY HOME WITH AN EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE BEACH!

It was an excellent weekend for me and my wife. The house is stylish, well kept and spacious. It is located in a very quite place. Internal decor is modern. Outside is quite and picturesque. The beach is shallow though and there is a good deal of mosquitoes. The owner was generous and provided the bug spray in one of the cabinets. The house has a nice deck, a great view and a BBQ place. All the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen were immaculately clean. The towels were new and fluffy.

This was a very peaceful, private home rental that we enjoyed greatly. We are in our 40's and do not have children, and prefer to stay somewhere quiet and lovely while driving to local attractions and restaurants. Nikhila Sunrise did not disappoint. We enjoyed coffee at sunrise on the deck each day, and quiet starry nights. The kitchen and bar were wonderfully appointed. The size of the property and location were perfect for us - the use of the sea kayaks was especially enjoyable and we saw a lot of wildlife as we explored the mangrove backwaters on Sugarloaf. I would say this is more of an adult retreat as the shore was a bit weedy for small children, but lovely nonetheless. We enjoyed many of the owner's restaurant recommendations in Key West, Cudjoe, Stock, and Sugarloaf keys. It is clear that the owner cares for this property and is constantly working to make it an even lovlier place. We would highly recommend it for respectful, adult guests seeking beautiful surroundings and privacy who don't mind taking a short drive to local sights. The owner was very kind, professional, and responsive and we would definitely return.

The most enjoyed vacation. We stayed here for a the week of spring berak and we all had a blast. The house is beautiful with your own beach in the backyard. Every room including the shower! had an ocean view. It was so quiet and peaceful that you can hear the ocean of course that’s when the kids are not running around. The kids played in the beach and the sand all day long. We kayaked every day. All we did was lie around, enjoy the beach/ocean, grill some fresh fish, we also did some driving along the keys to enjoy the view and did the tourist thing to key west. The house is way beyond well equipped with everything you need. I felt like a billionaire staying in this house. The hospitality is awesome and everything in the house was so clean and fresh. I strongly recommend this ideal getaway, worth every penny you spend on this property.
