This 2000 sqft waterfront family vacation house sleeps 17 with 2 full kitchens and 2 full bathrooms.

The top floor consist of 4 bedrooms that will accomodate 10. Three of these bedrooms are set up for double occupancy while the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds for four children. The top floor has a living room with a couch, HDTV, cable and a DVD player. There is a fully applianced kitchen and full bathroom. WIFI is included.

The bottom floor consists of 3 bedrooms that will accomodate 7. Two of these bedrooms are set up for double occupancy while the third bedroom is set up with a bunk bed trundle for three children. The bottom floor has a living room with a couch, HDTV, cable and a DVD player. There is a fully applianced kitchen and full bathroom.

The outside of the house is a natural, quiet and peacefull setting ideal for a retreat. The waterfront is a great spot for fishing, boating, kayaking and bird watching. There is a fire pit for sitting around the camp fire while telling stories and cooking smores. There are also two decks available for sitting and watching the wild life and a grill for some outdoor barbecue.

This house comes with deeded access to a beautiful, sandy, shallow beach on Paugus Bay. The beach is a 5 minute scenic walk to Paugus bay.
