First, everything you read and see on the site is accurate and booking is a dream! Mark, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions we had and is super pleasant to deal with. Only days after we booked we received, in the mail a large manila envelope stuffed with brochures, maps, and lists of places of things to see and do, which was such a nice touch.

Upon arriving, my husband and I were very grateful to open the doors to an immaculately clean condo along with a basket set up on the table filled with little snacks, a stamped postcard to send home and a very nice bottle of wine. There was also a binder, which contained pertinent information one may need to know about checking in/out/use of electronics etc. We felt as if close friends had given us the keys to their condo as all the little extra touches made you feel welcomed and comfortable. Even the dish and bath towels were folded as if you were in a high end hotel. Super sweet!

The condo is fully stocked with everything possibly imaginable that would make for a comfortable stay. The only thing we had to purchase was our food.

While we were there, the weather hit record high temperatures, so we were extremely thankful for both air conditioners and the fans which only took minutes to cool it down. The bedroom was a perfect size. The king size bed was very comfortable and there is a tonne of closet space. We enjoyed many meals on the lanai, which is large and has high end ~ comfy furniture to use.

Charley Young Beach is only a few minutes walk away, and is a great beach to spend the day on and as mentioned on the site, there are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels to use. They also had an array of helpful Maui books to read to help you sort out your days.

The condo building grounds are also super clean and very well maintained.

Thanks Mark and Cheryl for the wonderful Condo. It looks exactly like it did in the pictures. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do! We also really appreciated all the helpful hints on where to eat, best beaches, sites, etc. The Condo was furnished with everything we needed; beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear. Since we have been back, we have shown pictures to our family and friends. I have recommended your place if they ever decide to make the trip.

We enjoyed the unit at the Maui Vista. We had stayed at that resort before and we like it because of its location. It is right across the street from one of the best beaches on Maui. The two biggest benefits for me was the lock on the front door is a code that I enter. That is nice because I don't have to take a key to the beach with me. Also, the other major item is the safe in the closet. I can lock all my valuables in the safe, no keys needed, and spend time at the beach with no worries! We went out on stand up paddle boards for hours with no need to watch my stuff on the beach, big plus for us. My husband liked the well equipped kitchen, the TV, and the Ukulele in the room with an instruction book. Very nice. Many items most condos don't include! I would go back again and tell me friends..
