The residence has a delightful open plan living / dining / kitchen area to entertain guests, as well as an exclusive sauna and leisure area. Direct lift access from both levels of the penthouse residence.

Entrance floor: double bedroom with en suite shower room & south facing balcony; double bedroom with en suite shower room & south facing balcony; stylish bunk bedroom with 4 beds; separate jacuzzi bath & W/C.

First floor: open plan living area with fireplace & home cinema system; dining area seats 10 persons; open plan kitchen / bar; south facing balcony with BBQ; master bedroom with en suite bathroom and west facing balcony; guest toilet.

Car: not necessary

The supermarket and the bus stop are across the street - easy access to both the slopes and shopping. The local daycare center is a 5 minute walk. The chalet is a 5 minute walk to town center.
