Punta del Este beach house.

Surf, bike path, running, restaurants and chic stores.

Three story with living room, dining room for 10 people.

Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with complete bathrooms and domestic quarters.

Upstairs: master bedroom (suite) with great views.Second suite .

Beautiful decking area for meals & barbecues. surfboard, boogie board, kayak, bikes, beach chairs, and there is an outdoor shower for cleaning up after a day at the beach .

Nice pool.

WiFi, huge library, TVcable , stereo HiFi.
