The entire house is cleaned and sprayed for insects with bedding and bath high quality. All kitchen appliances, and the house has 2 kitchens, 1 with industrial stove, freezer, ice machine and large furnaces in party area. It also features a private pool with hydro. Large deck area and Lounge integrated nature with lots of pillows and candles, excellent for reading and reflection. Garage for 6 cars. The lease includes maid and caretaker, can still rely on 24-hour security contractors authorized company. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood 1. 500 meters square and 2. 000 meters from the beach. Garden and tropical plants and trees frutífieras. Accommodation for 11 people very comfortably. All air-conditioned environment. Children are welcome.
