This vacation home gives you access to the best of DC.: foot steps from the new DC Nationals Baseball Stadium, an easy walk to the DC Waterfront marina district with its array of restaurants and activities, only 1 mile to the Capitol Hill and to the Smithsonian museums on the Mall. Two metro stations (one has a national-chain grocery) are within three blocks and the other 1-1/2 blocks of this absolutely lovely duplex totally renovated in 2012.

The 850 square feet home has two bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size sleeper couch in the living area to sleep a total of six people—all bed-bug protected. The full bath includes a Euro-style tub-shower. The spacious well-appointed gourmet kitchen features granite countertops,a full-size four-burner stove with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.

Helen, We found our stay in DC at your apt. very true to your property description and very comfortable for four adults. It was clean and provided every amenity of home. Just a short walk to the subway and we found a catholic church just a block away! The kitchen was well equiped and the parking pass was waiting for us when we arrived. Our daughter and son-in-law are planning to use this rental for future guests and visits to DC.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was exactly as described, and had enough room for our family (2 adults and 4 children). It was clean and beautifully renovated, and we appreciated the artistic touches around. We were there during some baseball games, and didn't have any noise from the games or fans. We were disappointed we didn't have time to get to a game! Helen was available to help with any questions we had, but the home was so well set up, we didn't have anything else we needed from her. It is very convenient to the met station, and we even walked home from DC one day, which was a long, but achievable walk. Thank you, Helen, and your daughter for helping make our stay in DC a very comfortable one.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house; it is very nice, clean, fully equiped and very important : very well located, only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Capitole.
we had a car but it is almost not needed; thanks to Helen for the parking pass; thanks also for every thing found in the house to make for us a very good stay !
I strongly recommend this address to others travelers ! Laurence and family from France.

Very comfortable accomodation only a short subway ride form the centre of DC. Fabulous large washing machine and clothes drier adding to the convenience of the accomodation for a family on vacation. Freshly renovated and presented beautifully. Thoughful little bathroom and laundry extras and a variety of subway and city maps were available on our arrival.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thankyou.

Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage zur Innenstadt, auch zu Fuß kann man die Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem erreichen. Das Capitol sieht man gleich wenn man vor die Tür geht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig für 4 Personen eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns hier sehr Wohl gefühlt und würden hier gern wieder einmal Gast sein. Die Wohnung bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann.
Die Vermieterin ist super nett.
