Our Studio Villa is located on the property grounds of Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa, a family and pet friendly resort. The 493 Sq Ft fully furnished Studio Villa features a king bed, full sleeper sofa, kitchenette with microwave and mini refrigerator, 27-inch color TV with DVD player, full bath with glass shower stall and single jetted tub, and balcony or patio.

Onsite amenities include seven heated outdoor pools, seven hot tubs, seven children’s wading pools, pool bars, full-service Serenity Spa by Westgate, lakeside marina and dock with paddle boats, pontoon boats and kayaks, fitness center, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, 18-hole miniature golf course, bicycle rentals, playgrounds, activity center, game room, horseshoes, shuffleboard, barbecue grills and picnic tables, 24-hour business center, Disney Planning Center, Kid’s Club, 24-hour front desk and security, DVD/Video library and high-speed wireless Internet access.

Dining options include the award-winning Westgate Smokehouse Grill, Sid’s Bistro for light bites and Starbucks coffee, Pizza Hut Express and Joe’s Marketplace & Deli for groceries, sundries, baked goods and deli sandwiches, as well as the Citrus Breeze Pool Bar, Flamingo Bay Pool Bar and Coral Reef Pool Bar.

Complimentary scheduled transportation is available to Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and Orlando Premium Outlets. (Space is limited. Must sign up in the lobby. Schedule is seasonal and subject to change.)

A nightly resort fee is applied to each hotel reservation and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at the resort. WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access, Miniature Golf, Boarding Pass Printing, Bike Rentals and Sports Equipment Rentals are all included for plus applicable tax.

For guests who choose to travel with their pets, a refundable deposit is required at check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. A separate nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One pet (one cat or dog) is allowed under 60 lbs/27 kg per villa. There are breed limitations. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees.
