Located one block from the beach and close to many bars, restaurants, shopping, services in a building with a pool, and rooftop restaurant, where one sees all the beauty of the neighborhood. Vacancy for a car in the garage at no cost. It also has a beautiful pool!! The capacity of the apartment is 4 people, five at most. The daily is indicated for the occupancy of 4 people. What exceeds this limit, there will be a charge of $ 100.00 per day for breakfast the most.
