First floor 2 bed/2 bath Condo, Greenbelt view, Conveniently located

This condo is located right on one of Austin's famous greenbelts and creeks...Walnut Creek Greenbelt. The facilities include

Marble counter tops, stained concrete floors with chic rugs, stainless steel appliances, Asian antique and handmade furniture, walk in shower, fireplace, and patio with bar table overlooking natural greenbelt.

Amenities include shaded cable, high speed internet, Wii, pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, clubhouse, workout facility, BBQ pits and picnic tables right on the greenbelt. If you are heading downtown just go a few steps to Austin Metro bus stops or 1 mile to the Metro train or drive and get downtown in 10 minutes. The Domain is a great place to shop, eat, and relax and is right around the corner. Nature jogging trails literally right out the back door and nearby coffee shops are a great place to relax. There is a Starbucks within walking distance, the Taco Shack or Java Cafe for breakfast, and plenty of ethnic food and fine dining.

This condo is the perfect combination having a relaxed natural setting on Walnut creek jogging trails and being right off of Loop 1 which is the ONLY WAY to get around Austin (for your own sake PLEASE stay off of I-35 if you can!). We've put all the extra touches on the property totally remodeling it in just the last few months. We love the location and back porch view!

What makes this apartment unique

Get anywhere from Round Rock outlet malls (north) to Austin's famous Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and 6th street (south) in less than 15 minutes drive or hop on the bus or rail which are right nearby.

Property is located on one of Austin's famous Greenbelt Hiking and Biking trails connecting to Walnut Creek Park. 1 minute drive to get on Loop One (Mopac) so getting anywhere in Austin is fast and easy. Austin is known for its food and there are some great restaurants within five minutes of the condo. The Domain, Austin's premiere outdoor shopping and dining area, is just a mile away. Starbucks and other dining is within walking distance. Austin Metro bus is just steps away and the Metro Train downtown is about a mile away. Great location!!!!

Notes: The back porch has access from the living room and master bedroom and has a bar height deck table and chairs with a view of Walnut Creek Greenbelt and 100+ year old Austin live oak trees. Great place to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset! Our unit is the closest to the pool, hot tub, and clubhouse (but far enough that you can't hear people) so it makes it super easy to go and jump in the hot tub for a few minutes in the evening or just relax around the pool with a cold drink and a book in the shade of some magnificent trees.

We often travel to Austin to visit family and decided to check our home vacation rentals instead of hotels for our most recent visit. We are thrilled that we found the Van Allen's condo. Beautifully appointed, decorated with a sense of casual elegance. More amenities and appointments than described -- the owners thought of everything to make our stay a wonderful. Owner checked in with us after our arrival and was thoughtful enough to bring over a hair dryer when I asked if the condo had one stating "... I have been meaning to pick one up, I'll bring it over later today ..."

I would recommend this vacation rental to friends and family. Good location, easy access to downtown as well as lake and hill country.

Great Condo and location

We had a group of three adults who enjoyed a very relaxing stay at Lisa's condo. The location was convenient to two major highways, as well as the local Mass Transit train system. The condo was well stocked for food and essential beverages. We found the location in the condo community very convenient for use of the pool, hot tub and computer access Mon. - Fri. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the unit. The pictures accurately describe the furnishings and decor, which are all very tasteful and comfortable. We had a great four-day visit and we would certainly recommend this unit and consider staying here on future visits to Austin. :-)

One night is not enough...

I stayed at this condo for one night on my way from South Texas back to OKC, and wish I would have been able to stay longer to better make use of the house and its surroundings!

The location was easy to find very conveniently located between Austin and Round Rock. Besides the green belt, there are also lakes within short driving distance.

The next time I'm in the area with my family, I will definitely try to stay here again (the bunk beds will be great for my small kids) and spend more than just one night!

Nice place right on the greenbelt

My wife and I stayed here for one night. Shower was really nice. Pictures are accurate and the swimming pool is a 30 second walk away. It was my first time in Austin and easy to find.
