In an exclusive area of sunny Carmel Valley sits our charming, light filled cottage. Newly remodeled, with top of the line appliances, beautiful hickory floors and every room opening to lawns and flower gardens. The Master bedroom has a queen bed with high quality linens and the guest bedroom has 4 single beds with down comforters. The beautiful kitchen is right out of a country magazine boasting a wolff stove, Thermador ovens, Miele dishwasher and a classy espresso maker.

Sitting at our 12 foot picnic table overlooking our vineyard and the hills of Carmel Valley, you may even think you are in Tuscany. When veggies are in season you are welcome to the bounty of our organic gardens. There is no better place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. Although fine restaurants, golf courses, hiking trails are just a stone's throw away, you may be compelled to stay home and enjoy the peace and serenity of our cottage.

Our property is only a 12 minute drive to Carmel-by-the-Sea with it's beautiful beaches, shopping and fine restaurants yet far enough away to be out of the fog.

About Contact owner

Neil and Nazneen MacDougall own and operate MacDougall Construction Inc. and they lovingly designed remodeled their home after purchasing it in January of 2011. Everything in the home is new and reflects the care and quality that goes into their workmanship.

After shopping for homes for 6 months and not finding anything we liked, we instantly fell in love with this property. There is just something magical about it. We have lived in and around Carmel for the last 39 years and love the sunshine and the spacious feel of Carmel Valley.

We have stayed at VRBO listings all over the country and have yet to find one that matches the quality, cleanliness and beauty of our home. The expansive lawns, views of Garland Ranch State Park and the welcoming warmth of our cottage is unsurpassed.
