we have stayed at Sea wind many times, and have always had a wonderful experience. This unit was not up to the standards we are used to. furniture needed repairs, I repaired the ice maker myself

The vacation rental was clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Reviewer Comments:
My family and I were in the area for a softball tournament for my youngest daughter. The outside of the property was generally clean. Our room (507) was not real clean when we arrived. It appeared to have been in need of a new shower curtain for a while, toaster was broken and not many pots, pans, etc. For cooking. Check in was easy staff was very helpful. Check out was a nightmare! One of the 2 elevators was broken and it was impossible to catch it on our floor so my family spent nearly 2 hours carrying our luggage down 5 flights of stairs! Not a great way to end our vacation.

THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE, FURNISHED WELL,CLEAN, AND IN A GOOD LOCATION. THE BEACH WAS GREAT. THE FRONT DESK WAS UNFRIENDLY. THEY NEVER GOT UP FROM THEIR SEATS. THEY DIDN'T GREET YOU OR EVEN SMILE.
THE ELEVATOR WAS TERRIBLE! PARKING WAS DIFFICULT. I WOULD RECCOMEND IT TO PEOPLE FOR THE LOCATION, THE BEACH, AND THE CONDO, BUT I WOULD TELL THEM ABOUT THE ELEVATOR AND THE FRONT DESK.
