Laguna Bay Condominiums provides an intimate atmosphere with only 30 residences and provides the perfect combination of luxury and privacy. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo has a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre. The expansive living area, luxurious decor, and gourmet kitchen provides the perfect space for your family to enjoy your vacation. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Each bedroom contains a King or Queen bed and cable and color TV. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Located on the 3rd floor, the building provides an elevator straight to your door step. Further, there is gated undercover parking available. The lighted fishing pier provides for after dark recreation for the family.
