Villa Regina is superbly finished with tasteful, stylish furnishings, in a peaceful setting on a freshwater canal. It is perfectly located centrally for shopping and restaurants, it is also ideal for fishermen or golfers, it is situated in the best position for starting excursions to explore Cape Coral or the South West Gulf Coast. There is a beautiful heated pool with barbecue area. For the fisherman the fishing from the dock is first class with many species of fish to be caught and for golfers our villa is situated centrally for the excellent local golf courses. Only a short drive from the villa is the beautiful Pine Island, on the road onto the island are colourfully painted craft and art stores, once on the island there are excellent restaurants, beaches and areas to explore.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home for our week long vacation.
The house was furnished with everything you could want or need to make your stay enjoyable. Home is more lovely than depicted in photos. Private setting. Weather was beauitful and warm! We enjoyed fishing from the dock (caught two great bass!) and swimming in the pool. Fort Myers/Sanibel Island are a short distance away. Enjoyed Fort Myers River district. Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte were also nice places to visit as well. Enjoyed great seafood at Joe's Crab Shack and Pinchers. Sonny's is a great place for barbecue. Would definitely recommend this home to others for a great place to stay during their vacation.

Perfect Location

Stayed here for a week in Feb 2012 and had a great time. The villa has a high standard of finish and is well equipped. The lovely pool and boat dock add the finishing touches.
The villa is well situated and is within an comfortable 15 minute drive from Pine Island, which is a beautiful spot to stroll around or go fishing from the pier. I caught several fish there including a 5lb sheephead. Pine Island's fish restaurants are excellent.
Fort Myers Beach is around a 30 minute drive away and you can also fish there from the pier.
My favourite part of this week was being able to fish from the boat dock at the back of the villa. Although I didn't catch any largemouth bass, I caught well over 100 pinfish, all of which were returned to the water for the next fisherman.

Anniversary Get-a-way

We would absolutely recommend this home to everyone! It was very nice and very clean. Very quiet and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing or visiting friends. We did spend one day just winding down and enjoyed the pool which was heated. Anything we wanted or needed was there for our use. We love this area so it was wonderful that we were able to find a home of this type in this area.

Communications with Paul and Vivien were excellent and their house manager, Jay stopped by to make sure we settled in without any problems.

We hope to return again someday in the near future. Weather was beautiful as well. Perfection!

Unbelievable Accomodation!!

The description of the property did not do it justice. The pool is amazing and the standard of decor, amenities and services are excellent. I was particularly impressed with the fully equipped kitchen. The house was immaculate when we arrived, which is not often the case with rented properties but which was a bonus because we could get straight on with enjoying our holiday instead of having to clean first.
This rent on this accomodation is very reasonable considering where the property is situated. It is also well within reach of many places of interest.
You will not be disappointed!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Stayed at Villa Regina for 12 days in May. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The pool was fabulous. Master bedroom was great. Shower is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved being on the canal. No complaints and would recommend this property for adults or families.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
