This lovely cottage was built in 2009 and just placed on the rental market in the spring of 2011. In addition to a view of the sound, you can also see the beach access on the ocean side from our front yard and the ocean is visible from our decks and east side windows. It is a two minute walk across the street to the beach access, and a beautiful, lifeguarded beach. An ice cream parlor, coffee shop, deli, and surf shop are also a one-two minute walk. We are convenient to all that Nags Head has to offer including a world class beach with outstanding pier fishing and surf breaks. Our quiet street is ideal for enjoying time on the deck, with a stunning sound view. The street is complete with a path that leads to the water on the sound side and is perfect for crabbing and fishing adventures. This cottage has just been furnished with brand new everything. Sleek, clean, modern. A perfect family getaway.
