This house was redesigned with luxury amenities to enjoy the Lake day or night, 3 big French doors and windows will let the light in while you enjoy the views.

4 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms, large living room, dining room, fireplace, washer/dryer, large double Balcony, flat screen televisions in living room, and every bedroom, WIFI connection throughout entire home, BBQ pit, plenty of parking space in driveway or street side (room for boat or trailer), and of course central heating/cooling and ceiling fans throughout.
About Mario Duarte

6 years ago we fell in love with Austin but in particular Lake Travis, we decided to buy a Boat and started coming to the Lake every chance we had, But We always wanted to have a House we could call our own, it wasn't until 2012 that we accomplished that dream and have enjoyed every moment of it.

Texas wedding

Our family needed a place to stay while attending our nephew's wedding. This was a wonderful retreat for us. It was so much nicer than staying in a motel. We sat on the deck drank wine and visited. We made supper on the grill. We had our morning coffee on the deck and watched the sun come up over the lake. My daughters only suggestions were that bigger mirrors would be added to the bedrooms so they could all get ready at once. Girls! We all said we wish we were closer to home in Missouri so we could stay here every year. Absolutely loved it. Thanks for sharing your home, Mario.

We come to Austin for Boys weekends several times each year and this is one of the nicest rentals yet. Great deck, convenient location to Lake, Golf and Entertainment. Property was just as advertised and we will definitely rent again on future trips if possible. One of the few rentals on the Lake with 4 full size or larger beds in this price range. Very relaxing weekend!

Amazing Vacation House!

Mario's house was absolutely fantastic. It was exactly as described--the house was in immaculate shape and has an amazing deck with a firepit where you can look out over the valley all times of day. The view from the shower was as promised--undoubtedly the best shower view I've ever had. Everything was well-maintained and functioning, and it was easy to stay there. We didn't need or ask anything of Mario during our stay; everything worked out. If you are new to the Lake Travis area, I guess I had the impression that Lake Travis was more reachable and closer rather than just the water in the distance. But considering the area, I honestly cannot imagine a more ideal house and location. Thank you, Mario, for your house! If we come back to Austin, we do not want to stay anywhere else.

This home was exactly as advertised! Completely new on inside, plenty of space, and the perfect location. We enjoyed s'mores every night by the fire pit to top off our day!! I have already recommended this home to several friends and we will definitely be back!! Lots to do all around you...we took a quided fishing trip, shopped the nearby mall, rented a boat for the day and cruised the lake, and don't leave without doing the ZIPlines!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! We really appreciate all of your help!!

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! Definitely coming back!!

I stayed here with my girlfriends for our "ladies lounge" annual girls getaway, absolutely fell in love! I can't say enough about the place, gorgeous,CLEAN, super cozy, perfect location, ALL the luxury amenities,but most of all what stands out is how easy the rental process was! Mario made it SO simple, all we had to worry about was who was bringing the wine!! This was first time renting through HomeAway, we will definitely come back for all our special occasions!!! I think my favorite part (which is hard to choose) was all us girls hanging out on the deck around the fire pit drinking wine and laughing together, definitely will be back before the year is up!
