The apartment is very spacious. The room set up includes: the master bedroom, with a king bed, and a reading area with comfortable reading chair, and a desk with chair and mirror; the second bedroom with two full beds, and the third bedroom with two twin beds. All bedrooms have black outs for your sleeping enjoyment. Mattresses were specially selected and are very comfortable. The third bedroom has south east facing balcony with mountain/lagoon/airport views. On a clear day you can see El Yunque Rain Forest mountain from this balcony. This bedroom has two twin beds, one is a trundle bed to provide space for a nice seating arrangement, plus a desk and chair and TV. The living area includes a large balcony which faces beautiful Isla Verde Beach, and a large kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Everything is new, since the building has just been inaugurated!! There is a separate laundry room. There is cable and internet wifi, 4 LCD flat panel large TV's, and three DVD players. There is a covered, assigned parking with beeper access.
