Truly a Vacation Paradise! Imagine relaxing on the deck with a drink or dining al fresco beside the sparkling pool and spa while watching passing boats and the most gorgeous South Florida sunsets cascading down the long canal view before you.

The Master Bedroom suite in this lovely home offers a queen size bed and a double size fouton for extra sleeping accomodations, a spacious designer bathroom with double sink vanity, large shower w/seat and a California custom walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and the living room has a queen sofa bed. There are movable folding screens available for privacy, if necessary. there is a laundry room just off the Great room with full-size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This property has all the comforts and privacy of your own home but with million dollar views of intersecting ocean access canals, your own private heated pool and jacuzzi, a private dock if you want to bring your boat, a private deck to enjoy al fresco dining with soft Florida breezes and fabulous views of boats and other waterfront homes.

The open kitchen offers granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There are two dining areas in the Great Room in addition to casual seating and walls of sliding glass doors to enjoy viewing the pool and water. The Living/Great Room features 20 ft. high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness and tranquility. You will love spending time in this area

Kitchen utensils, linens, beach equipment and even two bicycles are in the house for your convenience and use. Local vendors offer Kayaks and other water sports equipment for you and your family to enjoy South Florida's fabulous water choices.

If enjoying the wonderful amenities of this home aren't enough, there are beautiful beaches, great shopping and restaurants for every budget, plus dozens of attractions within short drives of the property.

Learn the popular sport of SUP, stand-up paddle boarding, from a local expert who is award winning and sponsored by a California surf board company and who can quickly get you up and paddeling in your own canal or at a nearby beach. Lots of fun, great exercise . Other water sports are available a short distance away.

About The Owner

This beautiful vacation home is owned by my neighbor/friends as their vacation home and will truly make anyone's vacation a wonderful experience. because I live close by, I am available for any questions or advice that a vacationer may require. I can give suggestions for restaurants, shopping and/or attractions and activities that may be helpful to someone not familiar with the area. I have lived in Cypress Harbor for almost 27 years and know it to be a very convienient area to beaches, attractions in neighboring cities, and constant sources of entertainment. I can make arranagements for lessons to learn the newly popular sport of Stand-up Paddle Boarding with a local expert, and can help provide kayaks at a reasonable cost. If I don't know it, I will find out!

Why The Owner chose Pompano Beach

Cypress Harbor, a lovely waterfront community, has easy access to I-95, the Florida Turnpike and other main roads. We particularly enjoy the many beaches, parks, golf courses, boating facilities and other outdoor activities that are available close by. We feel safe taking walks with or without our dog on the private residential streets in our neighborhood and know that the friendly neighbors are aware and looking out for us and our property. Not to mention the beautiful sunny days and balmy nights that we don't always have in Montana, our home state.

What makes this house unique

We love the privacy our property allows, the heated pool, the fabulous waterfront views of 3 intersecting canals, and the spacious, open floor plan of the house. Sliding glass doors and high windows affords wonderful views of the water and tropical landscaping, so we can enjoy our south Florida lifestyle indoors or outdoors.

Our family of 4 spent a relaxing week at this home. So quiet and peaceful! Everything we needed was provided from a modern, efficient kitchen to clean spacious bathrooms and lovely bedrooms. We enjoyed the open floor design, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows featuring the patio w/pool/hot tub and canal view. We were in our own tropical get away! The neighborhood is quiet and we also enjoyed walking in the evenings. Shopping is close by and the owners are great to deal with.. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
