Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, 1.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 4)

This one of a kind apartment is located on the fourth floor of a classified monument in the center of Bruges. There´s no apartment in the center with a higher vantage point.

The tower is part of the property with access from the living room and gives a magnificent view over the whole city. (The tower should only be visited by children when in the company of adults). Hardwood floors throughout with carpet in the bedrooms. The apartment has all the latest amenities as it was just completed in 2010. A full bathroom in the master bedroom suite with a separate shower and half bath for the other bedroom. Bathroom has heated granite floor. Latest Bose stereo/DVD system with IPOD connection and plasma screen and outdoor speakers on the patio. The terrace has outdoor seating with a beautiful view looking West over the city towers. Outdoor speakers and a BBQ complete your outdoor experience. The open stainless kitchen has all one needs to rival the local chefs but several excellent restaurants are just outside the door. One parking spot is included and is located on the court yard which is secured by an automatic gate. The premises have free wireless high speed internet and digital cable.

Due to the exclusivity of this property we only rent for a minimum period of 4 nights:

Longer terms can be discussed and are negotiable.

The rates include a cleaning fee and all linens.

We require a deposit at check-in , which will be returned at check -out'.

We were two couples: me and my wife and her brother with his wife. We found the apartements very nice and convenient for 5 nights stay. Obviously mid of February is not right time to enjoy open patio and the tower. However when sun came in the morning you can look at roofs of cosy city and stay calm and feel something poetic inside yourself.
You go behind the corner and you can talk italian taking the "un caffe".
You go in opposite direction and find two swans on the water.
You need about five minutes to walk to main squre.

Finally that was lovely time in Brugge.

Remark for Owners/Management: it would be usefull for guests to have a barthrobes there. It would make the place with 5+!

We just returned from this luxurious apartment in the heart of Brugge. Spacious, fabulous views and all the amenities you could want or need. Within a five minute walk to the Market Square area, great restaurants and people-watching. We did not use a car, rather walked, biked, used the bus or train to explore the area. The apartment was immaculate, modern and well-maintained. Julie had some great suggestions and was available if we needed her. Private and quiet location, yet close to town.; wonderful to explore the hidden back streets of a great European city. This place is a gem!

Wanted to stay forever!

My husband, our 18-year old son and I stayed in this gorgeous penthouse for a week and never wanted to leave! The place was spotlessly clean, had a very well-equipped kitchen, and we enjoyed using the grill on the terrace to cook some of the products from a local butcher. Our contact Julie was attentive to our every need and encouraged us to call her with any questions, no matter how insignificant they might seem. The location was perfection: charming, convenient, quiet and picturesque. We would highly recommend this penthouse and hope to visit again soon.

Great choice!

Stayed here late August with young kids. Plenty of room, safe (tower no problem), comfortable, clean, thoughtful amenities (everything we needed was there, and in proper working order)...our whole family was very happy in this apartment. Elevator made in and out with luggage easy, and location of apartment is great. Really can't say enough good things about kind-hearted Julie, who patiently answered a million emails and went above and beyond to make our stay in Bruges a good experience. When our taxi driver refused to wait for us to finish checking out, Julie even piled our whole family, luggage and all, into her little car and took us to the train station!

We were met @ the apartment by condo rep in a timely fashion. Apartment was fabulous: wonderful sweeping rooftop views of city. Spotlessly clean.. Soft, comfortable beds with excellent linens All amenities in good working order. Representative even gave us wonderful suggestions for delicious restaurants during our stay. Tower was charming and made our stay uniquely special. Would recommend this condo to anyone with discerning taste.
