Beautiful, cozy and quaint 3 bedroom, 2 bath, includes kayaks, & bikes

Three bedroom home on Grand Traverse Bay. Upstairs master bedroom with king size bed and master bathroom. Two bedrooms downstairs with queen beds and a shared bathroom. This home has 60 feet of beachfront and a fabulous view of the lake from the living room and two-level deck. There is a propane grill for cooking, laundry facilities, and a fully furnished kitchen. A gas fireplace adds charm during colder weather. Enjoy high speed internet use, kayaks, bicycles, and hiking trails that are marked and maintained by the neighborhood association. About 1/2 mile to the south is a tennis court and sandy beach, and there are several small parks with picnic and grills to the North and South of the house. The bathrooms have been updated with new tile and fixtures.

Quiet lakefront home with breathtaking views of the Grand Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan. Miles of hiking trails adjacent to the house, and part of the subdivision. Two miles to Leelanau State Park with lovely hikes to Lake Michigan beaches. There are many local wineries with award winning wines for sampling, great shopping in neighboring villages, and many art galleries throughout the county. Water sports available, like canoeing and kayaking in lakes and rivers (we have two kayaks for tenant use). The house is close to casinos for gambling and entertainment, diverse restaurants, and is surrounded by gorgeous tracts of fruit arbors and farm country. Bicycling enthusiasts will find biking trails, especially the TART trail that runs from Suttons Bay to Traverse City. In ten minutes you can be at Christmas Cove on Lake Michigan where you can walk the sandy beach on Lake Michigan collecting Petoskey stones for miles in both directions. Other nearby attractions include Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, and the Manitou Islands.

Fees And Taxes OFF SEASON RATES $1100 per week, based on 7 night stay. Off season is Before Memorial Day and after Oct 31st.
Rates from Memorial Day are $1900 per week, based on 7 night stay.
Dogs are accepted with an additional $100 rent fee. Please...no loud or aggressive dogs.
