Minimum lease term is 6 months.

This spacious home boasts a big spread-out backyard with spa, playset, grass, bbq grill and the LAKE VIEW. It is 2200 sq ft, two story home with 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Interiors are decorated with contemporary art. Master suite is downstairs and has a king sized bed. 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed each. The loft has two futons that convert into two full size beds.

Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, cooking utensils, complete dinner set for 8, wine glasses and all the kitchen basics that you will possibly need.

Backyard: Lake view, spa, lots of green for children to play and an outdoor play set. Just relax, grill, enjoy the spa while kids are busy playing. Bask in the sunshine or savor the beautiful sunsets of Arizona, shop, golf or hike, this is your perfect getaway.

Hosts live close-by and are easily reachable.

Amenities: high speed broadband Internet service; cable TV; Netflix; Pandora Internet Radio; CD, DVD and Blu-Ray player.

About Rohini Sud

We're a family of four. My husband and I grew up in India but have been living in Arizona since 1996. Some of the interests we share are music, traveling, gardening and cooking. We have a son (8) and a daughter (4). We've been living in this neighborhood since 2002 and absolutely love it. Every morning we wake up to beautiful views and after a hard day at work, enjoy the spectacular sunset.

Wonderful Stay!

We sure enjoyed our vacation at your home. The weather was absolutely perfect for our entire stay! We are from Minnesota and this has been a very cold spring back home, so this was a nice change. Your home is wonderful, we enjoyed breakfast and coffee on the patio each morning. Our kids enjoyed seeing the ducks and geese, as well as playing on the swingset. Thanks again, the house was perfect. We hope to return again in the future! I would certainly recommend this home to any families looking for a great place to stay in the Phoenix area.

Beautiful home in a great, quiet neighborhood

You wll be happy if you chose to stay at this home. This is a lovely home situated on a beautiful waterfront backyard. It has a quick access to HWY 101. So it allows you easy access to the entire Phoenix area. My family and I stayed during baseball spring training. The owner made us feel very welcome from the minute that we met her. She thought of our every need. When my wife and I asked if we could extend our stay, she even accommodated us. If you plan to stay in the Phoenix area. Do yourself a favor. Stay at this location. My wife and I only hope that we can stay at this locacation again next spring.

Our stay at this home was very pleasant. We had all we needed, lots of space for our family, and even enjoyed the birds on the lake. We have family living nearby, so the location was also perfect, also well-located to visit other parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Excellent cooperation, too with the owners.

Nice, clean home in quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the lakefront back yard and sitting area. Homeowners were very friendly and accommodating. Great location: walking distance to two different shopping areas and great access to the 101 for getting around Phoenix and going to Spring Training baseball games. Loved our morning walks/jogs in the neighborhood.

Excellent!!!

What a great stay! My family and I (10 of us total including kids) all met in AZ to watch the Brewers during Spring Training. This house was perfect! It was VERY spacious, and was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably. I had a few questions throughout the stay, and Rohini was very responsive and helpful. Additionally, she allowed my parents, and my bother's family to stay an extra night...how WONDERFUL!

Rohini greeted us there, gave us a tour, and answered all of our questions. The house was absolutely spotless. The cupboards were stocked with utensils, plates, and everything that you would possibly need to cook.

The location was great. We were located about a mile from grocery stores, convenience stores, and coffee shops. I would definitely recommend staying at this house, it was just perfect!
