WOW ! Please give this place a try - we absolutely loved it!!!

We absolutely loved our stay last year so we are headed back in three weeks and can't wait! Great location! We parked our car in the garage and did not use it once until we backed out to head home after an awesome vacation in Laguna Beach. Tim was incredible and made everything super easy. The place is exactly as the photos show! Really, really clean! Everything you need! Quiet with lots of privacy. Absolutely everything within walking distance - the grocery store across the street really came in handy. We ventured out in a new direction everyday with our 3 year old and always found a great spot to play, an interesting art gallery to browse around in or a great restaurant to try. The beach is so close! When our toddler went to bed we hung out on the balcony each night and enjoyed the gorgeous view. Try it - you won't regret your decision:) We highly recommend this place!!!

The place was exactly as I expected and Tim was fabulous with communication. I totally recommend it. Orange Inn was a great place to go for breakfast every morning. The view was fabulous and the sunset was awesome.

Sleepy Hollow is FANTASTIC

Sleepy Hollow looks just like the photos. Nice living/dining room, with a slider opening to a fantastic balcony, looking out on the ocean to Catalina Island and amazing sunsets. It's wonderful hearing the waves breaking on shore, and just a few steps-you are on the beach.
There is also another deck area with seating and a barbeque-that is what we did for Christmas dinner-barbeque. You can walk to the grocery store and downtown to all the shops and great restaurants that Laguna Beach has to offer. It is a perfect location. Tim & Peter are very accomodating and the place was ready when we got there, with everything beautifully laid out from beautifully packaged soaps to linens, and robes. Great place to stay. Thanks

OUR STAY ON SLEEPY HOLLOW!!!!!

We have been staying in Laguna for quite sometime. However, this is the first time we stayed at a HomeAway Property and we were extremely happy!!!! This cute condo has it all...thanks to Tim...every little detail was very well maintained, even down to well stocked utensils in the kitchen. We arrived on Sunday, never moved the car till the following Saturday. Condo is soooo very convenient to everything, we walked everywhere. The Beach House is still our favorite restaurant in Laguna, The Cottage for breakfast, and Ralph's right across the street. Our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back!!!

I cannot say enough about my stay and the FANTASTIC Sleepy Hollow property we stayed at in Laguna. The property was clean, well kept, private, comfortable, spacious and centrally located in the heart of Laguna. The ocean view, beach proximity and private patios were all first rate. The property was tastefully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the appliances were all new. I would highly recommend this location to travelers looking for a quality affordable beachfront property in the heart of Laguna.
