Come relax in your immaculate home away from home with many extras included. The master bedroom has a king bed with a connected full bathroom and his and her closets. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Also provided is a queen sized air mattress. All bedrooms have televisions. The second full bathroom, located in the hallway, has a shower/tub combo. There is also an outdoor shower with lighting. You must provide your own linens and towels. The unit has a washer and dryer.Free wireless internet and beach badges!

The open layout includes a kitchen with a built in wine rack, dining, and living area with cathedral ceilings. The dining table has seating for six along with a center island that has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make and serve a family style meal. The living room includes a television with a dvd and vcr. DVDs, videos, games, and books are provided for your enjoyment. Also included are beach toys such as boogie boards, shovels, and pails.

The front deck has patio furniture including a dining table for 6 and two lounge chairs. Great ocean and boardwalk views from the deck. Enjoy being able to take a break from the beach & walk the 200 yards back to the condo. With no major roads to cross your older children can walk to the boardwalk to pick up a snack or play some boardwalk games!

There is a garage which provides indoor parking for one vehicle, as well as a driveway which provides parking for an additional vehicle. There is plenty of street parking on the surrounding streets.

Located on the beach block of 6th street with NO major streets to cross to access the boardwalk/beach our home is a second floor unit with a large furnished front deck including table and chairs to sit 6.The deck allows beautiful ocean views. Just one block back from the famous Ocean City boardwalk attractions. Enjoy all the Ocean City favorites such as Manco & Manco pizza, Kohrs Brothers ice cream, the music pier, miniature golf, and the amusement rides in Gillian's Wonderland all within walking distance. Bike rentals, surf board rentals, shuffleboard courts, basketball and tennis courts are all within one to two blocks.

The rental includes 4 beach tags, 4 beach chairs, sack of beach toys and also a bike.The beach is lifeguard protected during the summer months and there are dedicated beaches for surfing. The unit is also a short walk to downtown Asbury Avenue lined with shops, restaurants, and activities. There is a supermarket nearby.

This condo was really convenient to get everywhere! We parked our car in the driveway and walked to the beach, boardwalk, downtown Asbury shops and resturants. In the morning we had coffee on the deck and once watched to sunrise over the ocean. In the evening we ate dinner on the deck every night and I loved relaxing in the lounge chairs with a glass of wine to watch the people walking by. The condo was very clean and had all the kitchen tools needed. I would definitly stay here again!
