Large windows bring in lots of light to this beautiful Victorian condo with high ceilings, located in the heart of Federal Hill. This is City living at it's finest because it's not only a beautiful place tastefully decorated with 1800's architecture, but it comes with an incredible neighborhood so you can truly experience a community here. Walk to just about everything Providence has to offer from this condo. Kitchen features dishwasher, tile floors and stainless appliances.

Off street parking included and washer and dryer are on site.
About Scott Fitzmaurice

My name is Scott Fitzmaurice, property owner, and I am your point person for the property from start to finish. If a need arises, you call or text my cell phone directly. It's that easy.

I own and manage about 20 units, most of which are on Federal Hill in Providence, RI. Some are on the Cape and in Florida. I also work as a consultant / Life Coach for individuals and non-profits.

And I own a company called Luscious which grows heirloom tomatoes and greens for local restaurants on Cape Cod

It's a nice mix of work for me.

But here is how I am different. It is all about the relationships.

I provide rentals for folks from all around the world who need to know they will find a place of the standard they expect, upon arrival. And I offer flexible occupancy dates.

If you wish to experience living in the city, yet in a quiet living environment, this location offers that combination. Federal Hill is simply put, the place to be. There is nothing like walking in the morning to get a coffee at Seven Stars Bakery, for example, just four blocks away and enjoying all the bustling of a neighborhood starting it's day. This older historic part of the city has everything from restaurants to theatres, within walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

Walk to everything. The DD Center, just 1/2 mile away features performance artists you would see nationally. Trinity Rep and Brown University and Several Hospitals, are all within a couple of miles. To have all that and a home build in the 1800's, yet furnished in a modern style, brings the best of both worlds together.

Federal Hill is a robust neighborhood which was once the Italian section and is known for excellent restaurants and shops. Providence is very centrally located so road trips are easy. We are 45 minutes from Boston, 30 minutes from Connecticut and 60 minutes to Cape Cod. Locally we feature an extraordinary array of arts and cultural events including the Waterfire Celebration. Providence features dozens of live theatre venues.
